Terms of business

Payment. A deposit (typically 40–50%) may be required before work starts on builds or large jobs. Balance on delivery / go-live or by milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Rights. After full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for the purposes stated on the final quote. SEC retains portfolio credit unless otherwise agreed.

Wix. If your project uses Wix, platform subscription and domain are paid by you to Wix — not included in SEC build fees.

Revisions. Included rounds and rush rules follow the rate card shared with your quote.
